Narrative
Arden Hall is a workplace proposal for a historic Tudor Revival building with a rich decorative interior.
Challenge
Contemporary working environments needed to be introduced without concealing or competing with the building’s distinctive heritage.
Design response
The proposal retains stained glass, timber panelling and decorative plasterwork, setting modern interventions carefully within the existing rooms.
Our contribution
The design work included concept development, heritage refurbishment proposals, workplace planning, material direction, FF&E selection and visualisation.
Value created
Celebrating the original features allows the building’s identity to remain legible while supporting a new workplace use.
