Cochabamba 1328 is a 2014–2015 residential development in Rosario, Argentina, combining heritage restoration with contemporary design.
Challenge
The proposal needed to retain the character of the existing building while accommodating compact apartments and useful shared space.
Design response
The design introduces contemporary homes with generous balconies, warm interiors and a shared rooftop terrace.
Our contribution
The work brought together architectural design, interior design, space planning, technical drawings and visualisation for the development proposal.
Value created
Private balconies and the rooftop terrace extend everyday living outdoors while the heritage fabric remains part of the scheme’s identity.
